MEAT BUCKET

It's a bucket of meat. Goes great with most sides and carbs.


Required Ingredients


Process

  1. Rub the chicken down with seasoning salt.

  2. If using a smoker: preheat the smoker and load with any wood. I like mesquite. Apple is milder. Load it up with the chicken and smoke for about 1 hour 45 minutes, until the chicken temps at 160 in the center. Add the sausage and allow to smoke for an extra 5-10 minutes until the chicken temps at 165.

  3. If using the oven: bake at 325 F for about an hour, until the chicken temps at 155 in the center. Add the sausage on top, and bake an extra 5-10 minutes until the chicken temps at 165.

  4. Serve in a bucket or pile. Goes well with any carb or side you can imagine.
