Classic Fruit Salad
A satisfying and healthy classic.
Required Ingredients
- 2-3 gala or honeycrisp apples
- 2-3 bananas
- 2 cups yogurt (unflavored low-fat Greek OR just regular strawberry)
- medium sized box of raisins
Optional Ingredients
- strawberries, diced (fresh is best)
- chopped walnuts
Process
- Core and cut the apples to bite size, and slice the bananas into medallions.
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, recommended with a lid for storage.
- Serve as soon as possible, keep leftovers refrigerated for a day or two.
