Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream
- 24 soft Ladyfingers (2 packs)
- 3 cups Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup VERY strong, dark, black coffee or Irish Breakfast tea
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Process
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture.
- In a dish just large enough to hold them, arrange half of the lady fingers. Sprinkle evenly with half of the tea or coffee, top with half of the cream cheese mixture, and dust with half of the cocoa powder. Repeat again over top with the remaining halves of everything.
- Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
