Million Dollar Pie
Courtesy of "Great-Great-Aunt Whitie," from the hills of Tennessee. I'm not saying Dolly Parton herself ever tasted it, but it is from roughly the same time and place.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 graham cracker crusts
Process
- Thaw Cool Whip to room temperature.
- Mix everything into the Cool Whip, and spoon into crusts.
- Chill for at least a few hours before serving
