Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 7 oz sweetened shredded coconut
- 6 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Pie crust, 9 inch from freezer section - either one deep dish, or two regular
Process
- Bake pie shell(s) in oven for five minutes at 350; remove from oven, and set aside.
- Mix all other ingredients together, and pour into shell(s).
- Bake at 350 F; 45 minutes to an hour for a deep dish pie, and 40 minutes for twin regular pies, until golden brown and cooked through.
