Required Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk (approximately)
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups fresh fruit
Optional Ingredients
- extra sugar to toss with fruit
- vanilla ice cream for serving
Process
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Also preheat small casserole dish with all of the butter in it.
- Mix together Bisquick, sugar, and milk into a batter. Pour batter into preheated pan once the butter has melted.
- Spoon fruit, optionally tossed with sugar (which helps if it's not quite ripe), into the center of the pan.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot, optionally with ice cream. Serves about four.
