Found Paper: Christmas Day

This paper isn't dated, but Bill here is in his early 80s in 2025, so by my estimate it dates back to the mid 1950s as an elementary school homework project.

Christmas Day

Every Christmas morning my brother is the first one up. He will go in the living room and look at all of the toys and boxes, and play with them. Anything there is to make noise, he'll do it. By ten minutes that wakes me up, then I come in there and see what we have. With both of use in there, we make twice as much noise to wake up my sister. With all three of us in there, my mother and daddy will wake up. Then we all begin to look and play with the toys, and try on the clothes we get. One Christmas we got a train. My daddy played with it more than we did.

One Christmas my brother got a walkie talkie set. We all had a good time with that. My brother would get on one end and I would get on another.

We have a tree every year.
