Basic Cake

This section still under some construction.
So, I used to be a cake decorator. I was pretty good at it, too. And by good, I mean the fastest spatula in three counties and invented several techniques, from frosting tricks to accessibility considerations for being a giant and for my tiny goblin friends and coworkers.
This is presenting a series of technical writing and technical illustration, by using a topic I consider myself an expert in. It focuses on production work under speed, flashy techniques with low overhead, and solid basics without parasocial blogging or master-class advertising.
